Board Retreat / Design & Facilitation
Designed and facilitated a retreat for Idealware board and staff members. The objectives of the retreat were to:
- develop goals and strategies for the next 2-3 years to align resource allocation, revenue models, and programmatic focus with Idealware’s Theory of Change, and
- specify 3-5 top priorities that provided clear guidelines for staff in making day-to-day decisions.
The work included collaboration with the Executive Director to clarify the objectives and develop the facilitation outline, facilitation of a one-day retreat with the full board, design and implementation of a retreat evaluation, and creation of an executive summary of observations and recommendations.
